Stan Shultz is finally happy, he's defeated the Nightriders Gang, he's got his girlfriend Naomi back, and he's retired
as Duct Tape Man. Suddenly one day he finds out that Naomi is dead and that the police have no leads. Stan decides
to take the investigation into his own hands, though not to be Duct Tape Man again. There are many suspects, who all
have their own reasons for wanting Naomi dead, including his former girlfriend Ashley, Naomi's former boyfriend Patrick O'Toole,
and maybe even his best friend Brad. It's not until the end though that he learns the horrible truth that his evil arch
nemesis is alive, and that Duct Tape Man must return.
